To all our patients: We’d like to invite you and a guest to an exclusive event honoring all our patients and letting them get to know each other, our staff members, and our surgeons.
The Bariatric Family Reunion will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on August 18, 2012 at Marina Del Rey Hospital. We host the Bariatric Family Reunion every year. It’s an occasion for everyone involved at Marina Weight Loss to get together, celebrate success and health, and catch up with each other. We like when patients bring their “before” photos; it’s a lot of fun to see how hard it can be to match these pictures with the weight-loss surgery patients in person, after they’ve achieved success.
This year, the theme is western. Dust off those boots and hats, toss some horseshoes and water balloons, let the kids go in the moon bounce, and win prizes in our giveaways. We have patients coming in from all over, and some of them come into town just for this event. For them, we are prepared to get updates on weight, vital signs, and other statistics that are useful to keep current in our files. We also have a questionnaire to fill out that will help us serve patients in the future.
This event is for patients and a guest; for people interested in finding out more about weight-loss surgery, we’d love it if you came to one of our seminars and met us there. We’ll be better able to answer your questions and get to know you there.
